How to start:

  1. Introductory Trial Class

    • Sign-up for a free introductory trial class.

  2. Fundamental Sessions

    • Based on your Introductory Trial session we will determine if any fundamentals sessions are needed to help bring you up to speed and introduce the various movements you can expect to see.

  3. Join Group Classes

    • after completing the fundamentals sessions you can then join the reguarly scheduled group classes.
