WHAT IS STRONG START?
Nutrition:
There will be 3 options / tracks available to anyone participating:
• Fat Loss
• Athletic Gain
• Maintenance
Based on your chosen track we will be providing macro templates that people should follow.
LIFESTYLE:
Working out and movement is only part of a healthy life style - there will be points available for:
• Sleep
• Dedicated meditation / breathing work
• Journaling
MOVEMENT:
As humans, we’re meant to move. Movement and being active is a key piece of any active lifestyle. Points will be awarded for:
• Spend 20 minutes moving - hiking, a spinning, a light run, or a Strongtown class
• Spend 10 minutes towards mobility
