EDDIE - STRONGMAN

With today's workout being heavy deadlifts it's only appropriate to mention Eddie Hall. He made some serious waves in the powerlifting and strongman community this past July when he set a new world record deadlifted a ridiculous 1,102 lbs (500 kilos). Netflix recently picked up the Eddie Hall documentary - I watched it a couple of weeks ago and would highly recommend...if you're into that sort of thing.

The first man in history to lift 500kg. Eddie Hall smashes previous world record of 465kg that he set earlier that night at the World Deadlift Championships. Forward all media requests please contact licensing@storyful.com
WATCH NOW: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/eddiestrongman Truck mechanic, husband and father of two, Eddie Hall wants to be the World's Strongest Man. This feature documentary vividly illustrates the sacrifices that this extremely driven man must make to chase his dream. He will stop at nothing. He trains, eats, sleeps and breathes strongman, competing all over the world and breaking records.
