WORKOUT OF THE DAY

6 Rounds - For Time

  • 10 Dumbbell Overhead Squats (50/35 lbs)(5 each arm)

  • 10 Toes to Bar

  • 25 Double Unders

    • Complete 30 Burpees after round 3

    • Cap = 25 min

    • Rx1= 40/25 lbs [and/or] 20 Burpees

    • Rx3= 60/45 lbs [and/or] 50 Burpees

Recovery:

  • PVC Pass Throughs x 10

  • Press-up & Childs Pose

    • 20” Hold x 4

  • Lat Stretch - Each Side

    • 20” Hold x 2

  • Bike -2 minutes, slow pace
