  • Min 3 - 10 DB Step up (50/35 lbs) (24/20”)

  • Min 4 - 20 sit-ups

  • Min 5 - 1 Minute Rest

    • Score = Total reps

    • Rx1 = 40/25 lbs

    • Rx3= 60/40 lbs
