WORKOUT OF THE DAY

EMOM x 5 Rounds - Every 1:30

  • 3 Power Cleans (Same Weight)

2,3, & 4 Minute AMRAP:

  • 3 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

  • 4 Burpees

  • 5 Air Squats

    • 1 Minute Rest after each AMRAP

    • Start each AMRAP where the previous one finished

    • Rx1 = 115/75 lbs

    • Rx3 = 155/105 lbs

    • Score = Total Rounds & Reps Completed (1 Score)
