Deadlifts

  • 8-8-8-8-8 (increase weight)

“Tabata”

  • Double KB Deadlift (24/16 kg)

  • Handstand hold (every 5” = 1 rep)

    • Tabata for each movement

    • 1-minute rest after 8 Rounds

    • Score = Total Reps

    • Rx1= 16/12 kg

    • Rx3= 32/24 kg
