    • Increase weight between each set

For Time:

  • 500m Row

  • 400m Run

  • 30 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

    • Score = Total Time

    • Rx1 = 115/75 lbs

    • Rx3 = 165/110 lbs

Recovery:

  • Hamstring Stretch at Rig

    • 30” Each Leg x 3

  • Scorpion Pose

    • 20” Hold Each Side x 2
