- 400m Run 
- 20” L-Sit 
- 10 Dumbbell Devil Press (35/20 lbs) 
- 20 Sit-ups - Score = Total Time 
- Rx1= 20/10 lbs [and/or] 10" L-Sit 
- Rx3= 50/35 lbs and/or L-Sit on RIngs 
 
Recovery:
- Press-up & Childs Pose x 3 - Thread arm through and stretch lat 
 
- Calf Stretch at Rig - 30" Each Leg x 2
