WORKOUT OF THE DAY

“Murph”

  • 1 Mile Run

  • 100 Pull-ups

  • 200 Push-ups

  • 300 Air Squats

  • 1 Mile Run

    • Must be done at the beginning and end of workout.  Break up the 100, 200, 300 however possible.
      Wear a weight vest or body armor if you have it.

    • Score = Total Time
