3 Rounds - For Time:

  • 10 Hover Push-ups*

  • 15 V-Ups

  • 10 Knees to Elbow

    • *Hover Push-ups = 2” Hold in Low plank at bottom of push-up (no chest to deck)

    • Score = Total Time

Recovery:

  • Shoulder Circles

    • 10x Each Arm

  • PVC Pass Throughs x 10

  • Bike Cool Down 90”
