7 Rounds - For Time:
- 35 Double Unders 
- 1 Squat Clean attempt - Athlete picks weight 
- Score 1= Total Weight Lifted 
- Score 2 = Time 
 
Recovery:
- Hamstring Stretch - Up / Out / In 
- 30” Holds Each Side
